Reviews are checked before publication to protect children, families, educators and centres.
Content we do not publish
FirstNest does not publish child names, private medical details, confidential internal documents, threatening language or fake reviews.
Allegations of criminal conduct are not published without appropriate evidence and legal review.
Safety edits
FirstNest may edit review text for safety, privacy, clarity or legal risk while preserving the useful meaning where possible.
Moderation notes and private reviewer contact details are not public.
Reports and centre claims
Centres and users can report reviews. Claimed centres can later receive more profile and response tools.
A report does not automatically remove a review, but it triggers moderation review.
