We have had our 2.5 year old son enrolled at Bruce Ridge Early Childhood (BREC) for the last few months and we are incredibly happy with the level of care he receives, and he absolutely loves it. From the moment we toured the center to today, the center has always felt like home, and the educators and staff go out of their way to make you feel like part of the family! 鉂わ笍 It may not have all the fancy "bells and whistles" that other big daycare franchises offer like parents rooms with coffee etc., but their spaces are clean, welcoming, filled with natural light, they have a great on-site cook, fabulous outdoor spaces and gardens, and the center has great resources to keep the kids entertained. They really care for the kids, foster relationships, teach them through play, and have an absolute ball. We get regular updates through the Storypark app, but we can also get a full update when we pick up our child at the end of the day. We initially had our child at another larger daycare in Bruce and weren't happy for a number of reasons, so we moved him over to BREC and are so pleased we did. He is thriving! Big shout out to the team at BREC and Capital Regional Community Services. 馃憦鈽猴笍

The experience for parents and kids was much better when it was an independent facility before CRCS took over. They don't publish daily photo journals like BRECC used to and structured activities and learning seemed to drop off.
